Your returns, exchange and cancellation requests regarding the products you have purchased are evaluated within the framework of the "Product Return and Product Exchange Procedure" determined in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No.

Order cancellations and product returns are not accepted for custom-made products. For products with special orders, the production time may vary between 2 days and 10 days, depending on the nature of the ordered product. The approximate production and delivery times of your order are specified in the product descriptions. You can contact us to get clear and detailed information about the subject.
Any copyright responsibility arising from the production of the pictures sent to us as a special order belongs to the customer.
Pictures and paintings made as special orders can be exhibited as examples on our company's social media accounts and on our own website.

PRODUCT DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The product for which the purchase order is given will be taken to the cargo or delivery program within the same day after the payment and bank approval. Products in ready stock will be shipped within 1 to 5 working days. Special production products will be shipped according to the end time of production. Products that are not specified as damaged and/or damaged by the consumer at the time of delivery are deemed to have been delivered to the consumer undamaged and complete. factorytrim.com is not responsible for any subsequent damage and/or deterioration of the product, which is deemed to have been received undamaged and complete by the consumer.
PRODUCT RETURN TERMS
Within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the purchased products, the product in question can be returned undamaged, undamaged, without any damage, in its packaging and without spoiling the resaleability of the product. The consumer is obliged to inform the system about the return process. Used, unpacked, destroyed and damaged products cannot be returned.
The products to be returned must be delivered undamaged and complete, together with the product invoice, box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. If one of them is missing, the product return request will not be accepted. If the product and its original packaging, if any, have been opened, no refund will be made.
After the product is delivered to us together with the invoice in accordance with the return conditions and sales contract, the refund will be made to your bank transfer/EFT account within 3 working days. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be made to your credit card within 4 working days after the product and invoice are delivered to us. However, in this case, the refund of the payment to you is at the initiative of the bank to which the credit card belongs, and our company has no responsibility in this regard.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
The products that are requested to be changed can be changed within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of the product, provided that it is not used, destroyed and the resaleability of the product is not impaired, by stating the reason for the change. In order to make a product change, the invoice of the product or the product replacement card issued by the company for that product must be submitted.
Products requested to be changed; The product must be delivered undamaged and complete with its box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. If one of them is missing, the product cannot be exchanged.
No product changes are made in overseas sales.
Order cancellations, product changes and product returns are not accepted for custom-made products.
In exchanges with cargo, the cargo fee belongs to the consumer, and counter-paid shipments will not be accepted.
Products that have not been used, destroyed and delivered to us with intact re-saleability, products that have not been submitted with an invoice or exchange card are sent back to the consumer. In this shipment, the shipping cost belongs to the consumer.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS
If your paid product order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it. For this, you must provide information about the product order you have canceled before the "Delivered for Cargo" information of your order is notified to you by e-mail.
Your online order cancellation cannot be done if your order has been shipped.
Order cancellations are not accepted for products that are custom made to order.
If you are requesting the cancellation of one or a few products from your order, not the entire order, you can send your request to info@factorytrim.com for the cancellation of the item. Online product order cancellation will be made as soon as possible by us and the process of refund will be sent to you via e-mail.
